President

John brings over 10 years of product and project management experience to KPC Labs. With a strong technical background, a focus on innovative problem solving, and wide array of hands on experience, John leads overall direction of the company and its product lines.

Previously, he worked as a product manager and developer for a telecommunications and marketing firm. John’s experience in resource management, operations, and technology offer a dynamic combination of innovation and practicality to new projects.

Seth Krauss
Chief Technical Officer

Seth has over 20 years experience leading software engineering and product teams. For over the past 15 years, Seth’s focus has been on bringing highly complex and scalable enterprise software platforms to market. His strengths span engineering design, development, release delivery and execution; software infrastructure and operations; product strategy, innovation, and lifecycle management; technical selling; and motivating and managing teams.

Seth has brought to market B2B and B2C web/REST services, managed software services, architected Cloud migrations and elastic operations, developed and deployed highly available, secure, and performant infrastructure. Seth has worked in domains such as online acquisition and conversion and eCommerce, marketing and sales analytics and automation, transactional marketplaces, data warehouses and big data, configuration, pricing, and quoting, and intellectual property. Seth has experience in healthcare, automotive, real estate, IT consumerization, and food and beverage industries.

Steve Cortez
Chief Financial Officer

Steve has over 20 years of real estate services product line experience. With a focus on sales and business development, Steve has successfully launched dozen of innovative lead generation products for some of the largest real estate and mortgage companies in the country. He contributes to the strategic and technical direction, where he provides unique insights and offers an in-depth perspective on the convergence of technology and real estate services.

Steve has managed sales teams in the real estate, marketing and medical fields. He is recognized as one of the industries foremost experts on real estate based lead generation tools and often speaks at conferences and coaching clinics.
